I'm Pul, a passionate builder in Roblox Studio who specializes in low- to mid-poly builds, skate parks, and buildings. I make sure that everything is organized and detailed to your liking. Pricing

The price depends on the difficulty of the build. Commissions usually start at 5$ or 1,000 Robux.

I only accept payments through PayPal, GCash, or Robux. The client pays any fees/taxes.

TERMS OF SERVICE

A 40% upfront payment is required to start; final files will be delivered after full payment.

Revisions:
- Once I'm done with the project, and there's something you want changed. I can charge you depending on how difficult the revision is; if not, then no charges at all.
- You have 7 days to ask for small revisions; I won't charge for that.

Refunding & Cancellation:
- If you cancel while the project is in progress, then I will refund a portion of the 40% upfront payment, depending on how much work is left.
- - For example, if 80% of the work is done (20% remaining), the refund is 8% of the total project price, which equals 20% of the upfront payment. (Refund % = Remaining Work % × 40%.)
- If I must cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, then I will refund all payments received (including the deposit), but I won't pay the fees/taxes.

Ownership & Usage:
- The client receives full rights to use the final project only after full payment.
- I retain ownership and may showcase work-in-progress images for my portfolio unless requested otherwise.
- I reserve the right to reuse unfinished builds or scrapped parts from cancelled projects.

By commissioning me for a Roblox Studio project, you agree to abide by the terms outlined above. I am committed to delivering a product that meets your needs while maintaining a fair and transparent working relationship. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please discuss them with me before proceeding with the commission.
